Monitor Pressure on Any Flammable High Pressure Cylinders that Require Intrinsically Safe or Non Incendive Equipment Installations
- VMG Intrinsically Safe and Non Incendive Cylinder Telemetry systems are great for cylinders in any flammable or hazardous classified environments
- Locations classified Zone 0, Zone 1, or Division 1 require intrinsically safe equipment which means the equipment is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical or thermal energy under normal or abnormal conditions to cause ignition of a specific hazardous atmospheric mixture in its most easily ignited concentration. (Class 1, Div 1 areas require use of the VMG Intrinsically Safe Barrier)
- Locations classified Zone 2 or Division 2 can use non incendive equipment which means under normal conditions the equipment is incapable of causing ignition of the hazardous atmosphere
- Data is measured by the transducers for input, output or line pressures and the pressure is displayed on the dashboard and used to calculate a percent full for easy monitoring
- Transducers are oxygen cleaned, affordably priced and come in 3 different PSI ratings – 0 – 300, 0 – 500, and 0– 3000 to accommodate any gas setups
- The VMG Dashboard provides real-time visibility to gas levels for better service from optimally managing fill schedules and routing which helps minimize costs and avoid any disruptive emergency deliveries
- Customizable alert and warning system notifies users at predetermined levels, use changes, or leaks, in as little as 5 minutes, to ensure no downtime and optimal fill scheduling and routing
- Historical use data is stored in the dashboard so users can understand consumption trends or troubleshoot issues
